Each year the Karneval Season in Germany (Mardi Gras) kicks off in Cologne, Germany on November 11, at 11:11 am in the Morning. We celebrate this with a traditional Dance and Stand-up Comedy Party featuring live dance music, and comedy presentations in German and English.

This party consists of a typical German style “Kaffee Klatsch” (Coffee and Pastry party), featuring Christmas Music, the reading of the Christmas gospel in German and English, and other surprises.

During the first week of January, we meet at a local restaurant of dinner and celebrate the new year. Be sure to check the date.  Could be January 2 or 3.

We meet for a New Year Walk, followed by a typical German Dinner Party with good food and plenty of German beer and wine.  

Typical Karneval Comedy in German and English. Live Music by Dan Smith. Serving barbeque and bratwurst, beans, cole slaw, and potato salad.  Bring your favorite desert or cake to share.
