This meeting consists of two parts:

• Business meeting: Social Hour, Dinner, annual Report of the Officers, and awards.

• Election of the new Board:

Note: Attending this meeting is important because it allows newer members to meet others, and the election of officers allows the newer members to participate in club activities. This ensures that the club will strive with new ideas for the future.
